Thaer Sabri has been working in payments regulation for some 20 years. He is managing director of payments regulatory consultancy Flawless Money, managing partner of the payments specialist law firm FM Legal, and CEO of the Electronic Money Association. 

Flawless Money has assisted more than 70% of currently authorised e-money issuers, and continues to advise established innovative payment providers.

Thaer is a member of the European Commission Payment Services Experts Group, and represents the Electronic Money Association in its dealings with regulators worldwide. 

Thaer attended Sheffield University, Imperial College and Birkbeck College, and is a solicitor in England and Wales.
