The Europe FinTech Awards 2026 took place in London this June, recognising the innovators, disruptors and leaders shaping the future of financial services across the continent.
Over the last few months, our expert panel of independent judges carefully reviewed a record-breaking number of entries, evaluating them on originality, execution, impact and growth. Their decisions reflected not only standout products and platforms, but also the passion and purpose behind each submission.

InsurTech of the Year: Novulo

Accounting Tech of the Year: FinTua
FinTua impressed with a scalable, user-driven solution that directly meets the needs of small businesses. Its clear delivery and growth trajectory positioned it as a top performer in this competitive category.
Best Employer Award: Fairlo
Fairlo was recognised for embedding employee wellbeing, development and culture into its organisational DNA. From onboarding to ongoing support, the company demonstrated a people-first mindset that drives results.
Highly Commended: PAYSTRAX
PAYSTRAX also received high praise for its commitment to staff welfare and a strong internal culture of progression.
Entrepreneur of the Year: Gustas Germanavičius – InRento
An ambitious and strategic entrepreneur, Gustas demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive investment success while scaling the InRento platform across Europe.
Team of the Year: Imaginera
Imaginera was celebrated for its collaborative culture, shared ambition and impactful results. The team exemplified how innovation thrives through unity.
Crypto Award: OpenPayd
With global reach and a compelling use case, OpenPayd’s unique market positioning and delivery strategy earned it the top spot in a hotly contested category.
Personal Finance Tech of the Year: Flagstone Group
This entry was praised for enabling real financial progress. With a practical design and a clear value proposition for users, Flagstone stood out for its scalability and impact.
Data Initiative of the Year: IBA
IBA impressed with a data-led approach that combined clarity, user benefit and strong ethical safeguards. Judges called it a high-impact initiative backed by thoughtful execution.
WealthTech of the Year: Xapo Bank
Xapo Bank delivered on both usability and innovation, giving users the tools to manage and grow their financial future with confidence.
Disruptor of the Year: Novulo
Novulo returned to the winner’s podium with a bold and high-scoring entry that challenged legacy norms and brought clear disruption to the market.
LendTech of the Year: FlowPay
FlowPay was recognised for delivering a lending solution that responds directly to customer needs. With impressive functionality and scale potential, it made a mark in a crowded space.
RegTech of the Year: Corlytics
Blending practicality with forward-thinking innovation, Corlytics offered a clear, commercially-ready approach to regulatory technology and earned top honours in the category.
Banking Tech of the Year: Featurespace, a Visa Solution
A standout entry that combined innovation, user-centricity and strong market traction, Featurespace brought excellence in both concept and execution.
Highly Commended: nCino
nCino also received strong recognition from the judges for their smart, scalable technology and meaningful client outcomes.
Best Open Banking Initiative: Brite Payments
Brite Payments stood out for addressing critical pain points with a bold, scalable and accessible open banking solution. Its ability to reduce fees and simplify user experience captured the judges’ attention.
Rising Star of the Year: Md Mehedi Hasan – Hastee, a Zellis Group Company
Md Mehedi Hasan showcased clear potential as a future leader in fintech. Judges highlighted his proactive mindset and cross-functional impact within the organisation.
Young Achiever of the Year: Burcak Dikmen – Founders Law
Burcak made a strong impression through early leadership, initiative and tangible contributions to her firm and the wider fintech ecosystem.
PayTech of the Year: Form3
Form3 secured the win with a dynamic solution that fused usability, innovation and rapid growth to meet evolving payment needs.
Highly Commended: Candex
Candex received the Highly Commended title for their intuitive platform and commitment to improving payment workflows at scale.
Director of the Year: Lena Hackelöer – Brite Payments
Lena Hackelöer was praised for her sector-wide influence, strategic leadership and the commercial success she has delivered at Brite Payments.
FinTech Partner Award: Founders Law
Founders Law demonstrated long-term value and deep sector knowledge, going above and beyond to support clients across the fintech landscape.
FinTech of the Year: Featurespace, a Visa Solution
Capping off the evening with a second major win, Featurespace claimed FinTech of the Year. With sharp differentiation, strong user focus and undeniable scale, this entry represented everything the awards stand for.
